We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management specialist to join our team and lead the development and enhancement of our IT service management platform.
 * This role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex IT service management solutions using industry-leading tools such as ServiceNow.
 * The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT service management best practices, process design, and implementation.
 * They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
 * A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 5-7 years of experience in IT service management, preferably with a focus on ITOM.
 * Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, processes, and technologies.
 * Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API.
 * Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
 * Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA).
