Job Overview
This is a part-time, ongoing role ideal for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a background in SaaS products, preferably fintech or financial SaaS platforms.
* Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products to enhance the overall user experience.
* Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform by applying UX principles and best practices.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless user journey.
* Apply UX thinking to simplify complex interfaces, focusing on data-heavy or financial applications.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components to ensure consistency and efficiency.
* Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.
* Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products with a strong preference for fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms.
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design, with a focus on user-centered design.
* Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, proficiency in Figma, and ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time setup, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
