Job Description
We are seeking a Business Technical Services Analyst to join our team. This role will involve establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing technical support and guidance.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in PL/SQL development and consulting with clients to meet their business needs.
* They will also have advanced English language skills for speaking, listening, and writing.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the evaluation process of client business requirements and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
2. Participating in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally.
3. Gaining and maintaining knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
4. Assisting with document maintenance and record-keeping for client system environments.
5. Participating in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams.
6. Executing simple project/development work plans and revising them as necessary.
Minimum qualifications include:
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English language skills for speaking, listening, and writing.
