As a Front-End & UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging websites in Webflow and WordPress. Key responsibilities include designing responsive layouts, developing functional websites, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
Customization, refinement, and optimization of websites are based on client feedback. Staying up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Webflow/WordPress capabilities is also essential. Troubleshooting design-related issues and ensuring smooth handoff and deployment are critical tasks.
This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX/UI work, prototypes, and completed builds. Proficiency in wireframing tools and design platforms such as Figma, XD, Sketch, etc. is necessary. A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is also required.
Experience with site performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary to articulate design decisions clearly. Close attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated digital experiences are critical.
Bonus points are given for experience with animations or micro-interactions in Webflow, familiarity with brand identity or graphic design, and experience working in fast-paced agency settings.
