Overview
We\'re hiring BD roles. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, enjoy using social apps (like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; followers a plus), and have experience in HR, sales, administration, or talent management.
Remote work is available and not limited to Nigeria and Kenya.
Responsibilities
1. Independently recruit and manage agencies, hosts, and coin-dealers.
2. Resource Acquisition: Engage with and recruit high-value resources, and ensure their maintenance.
3. Strategy Development: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, with accountability for results.
4. Daily Operations: Perform other daily operational tasks as required.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.
* Sales-oriented mindset with patience.
* Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.
* Reliable and loyal, with integrity and goal-oriented.
* At least one year of experience in app operation work
