Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to drive high-quality lead generation through strategic execution of all digital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in paid advertising, conversion-focused landing pages, performance analytics, SEO, and CRM-integrated campaigns.

This role demands strong creative execution across channels and performance marketing skills.

* Digital Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve qualified lead generation goals.
* Marketing Automation Execution: Implement email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in CRM systems to nurture leads and ensure accurate data integration.
* Creative Asset Production: Design and produce brand-aligned marketing materials to elevate brand perception and drive audience engagement.
* Website & SEO Management: Create website content such as landing pages and product listings while supporting keyword research and SEO enhancements.
* Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content on social media, engage with audiences, and produce short-form video content to support organic growth.
* Analytics & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards to build weekly reports and analyze performance data to inform campaign strategy.

Success Metrics:

* Achieve 100% of weekly qualified lead generation goals.
* Maintain or reduce cost-per-lead benchmarks across paid channels.
* Reach defined weekly engagement growth targets across social media.
* Complete all marketing deliverables and campaign assets on time.
* Submit campaign reports and insights by assigned deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor daily campaign performance and make adjustments based on KPIs.
* Collaborate with the Content Manager and Business Development Manager on coordinated campaigns.
* Ensure brand consistency across all creative and digital assets.
* Manage and utilize image libraries for polished, on-brand visuals.
* Support special projects such as trade shows, partnership promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
* Stay up to date with luxury travel trends, platform changes, and digital marketing best practices.
* Operate independently in a remote environment while communicating regularly with the marketing team.
* Assist with cross-functional collaboration to align digital efforts with broader business goals.
* Be adaptable and open to taking on new assignments as business needs evolve.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a mix of creative and performance-based work and a proven track record of generating qualified leads.
* Demonstrated success managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
* Proficiency in WordPress and landing page builders (e.g., Elementor).
* Solid understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), SEO best practices, and analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, UTM, Meta Pixel).
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing and marketing automation.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro preferred).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
* Strong visual and editorial design skills, with an eye for brand cohesion.
* Self-motivated team player who thrives in a remote work environment.
* Possession for luxury travel, storytelling, and hospitality is a plus.
