Responsibilities
* Maintain and update project schedules, aligning baselines, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Track budgets, financial forecasts, and cost/variance analysis.
* Prepare consolidated reports on performance, cost, risk, and status.
* Support Project Managers to ensure project processes run efficiently.
* Reconcile invoices and ensure financial data integrity.
* Monitor compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and governance.
* Prepare analytical insights, trends, and indicators for leadership presentations.
* Track documentation, changes, risks, and issues.
* Use data proactively to highlight risks and support corrective actions.
* Provide general PMO support, including data collection and reporting.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years in Project Coordination / PMO / Project Controls.
* Experience with MS Project (preferred) and schedule management.
* Strong analytical skills for working with budgets, cost control, and financial analysis.
* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder interaction skills.
* Experience working with cross functional project teams.
* Experience with change management and process monitoring.
