We are seeking a skilled systems engineer to design, implement and support complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Design, install, configure and support system technologies including servers, storage and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver projects that meet client requirements.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets ensuring clear communication and documentation.
* Track project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Requirements:
* 3–4 years of experience in systems engineering in enterprise or managed service environments.
* 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Familiarity with change management product lifecycles and client service best practices.
