We are seeking a detail-oriented junior business analyst to support the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our platform.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
* Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality solutions.
* Work closely with developers to resolve defects.
* Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated functionality.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience.
* Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
