Training Operations Specialist
We are seeking a professional to support our customers in Frankfurt. This role is part of the Operations team and requires coordinating training session delivery.
* Analyzing client needs;
* Managing requests for session creation, modification, and cancellation;
* Organizing training sessions;
* Ensuring proper execution.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, and high-level understanding of the training landscape.
