Job title: Senior Business Development
We are looking for a senior individual contributor responsible for driving and closing complex B2 B Telecom deals across a regional scope. Leads end-to-end commercial and technical deal strategy, engaging with C-level executives and influencing customer budgets, solution design and product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and close complex Telco and B2 B technology deals autonomously. Lead commercial and technical proposals, including pricing and solution definition.
Define deal strategy with internal stakeholders and coach BDMs on complex deals.
Act as product expert and influence the 5 G and digital solutions roadmap.
Requirements:
10+ years in Business Development or Strategic Sales within Telecom / B2 B / Digital solutions. Proven experience closing complex, high-value deals.
Strong C-level exposure and regional scope experience.
Fluent Portuguese & English required; Spanish (nice to have)
