We are seeking a skilled Account Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service.

* Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
* Monitor client engagement and utilization of our services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

About you:

* 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing organization.
* A genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding goals and a willingness to go the extra mile.

About the role:

* Own overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building relationships.
* Enable successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

* Familiarity with cross-border transactions and international business.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
