About the Role
This position involves developing a positive rapport with clients to establish long-term relationships and understand their business objectives, expectations, and requirements.
* Responsibilities include evaluating client business needs, estimating effort, guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue, and converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications.
* The role also involves gaining knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from Service Desk and assisting with document maintenance and system environment records.
* In addition, the candidate will participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
Job Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs, requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation are also necessary.
* Advanced English language skills for speaking, listening, and writing are essential.
