Key Responsibilities
* Assist Account Managers in managing day-to-day client communications and requests
* Maintain and update client records, job orders, and placement trackers in the ATS/CRM system
* Coordinate scheduling of interviews, client calls, and candidate presentations
* Follow up with clients on open positions, feedback, and placement status
Qualifications and Skills required:
* Fluency in English is mandatory — both written and verbal communication must be clear, professional, and effective
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
