Sales and Partner Growth Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Partner Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through partner channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our presence in the LATAM region and Brazil.
* Regional Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute regional sales strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
* Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing regional partners.
* Enablement and Activation: Help partners grow their customer base by providing training and support on our market-leading SaaS backup service.
* Customer and Partner Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of satisfaction by addressing issues and working closely with internal teams.
Requirements:
* Understanding of Regional Partner Ecosystem: Knowledge of the IT/SaaS industry and ability to empower partners to excel in the regional partner ecosystem.
* Stakeholder Management: Competency in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders' perspectives.
* Structured Approach to SaaS Business Development: Ability to organize tasks, prioritize productivity, and work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: Motivation to impact the organization and willingness to think creatively.
* Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, with strong written and spoken English required.
