Job Description
We are seeking a IT Project Analyst to work on strategic projects and be the connection between business needs and technical areas. The candidate will be responsible for managing high complexity projects, acting with autonomy in conducting and making decisions, while maintaining solid relationships with project stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
* Leadership of IT projects with great impact and complexity, conducting multidisciplinary teams;
* Simultaneous management of multiple projects, prioritizing resources and maximizing results;
* Acting in schedule management, resources (team, partners, and suppliers), ensuring quality, deadlines, and profitability;
* Acting in understanding current processes and helping to map future processes, defining use cases and needs to be met by project scope and demands;
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Candidate will be responsible for making the technical bridge between the business area and specialist IT areas (SI, Architecture, Infrastructure, Privacy);
* Ability to present project results with data-based storytelling to senior leadership and stakeholders;
* Active participation in defining OKRs and team/area strategies;
* Establishing communication channels and information governance for projects and demands under management.
Requirements and Skills
* Complete Higher Education in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Administration, or related areas;
* Proven experience of at least 3 years in project management (traditional and agile);
* Certifications in project management such as PMP, PSM, or agile methodologies;
* Experience in workshop facilitation techniques and design thinking;
* Cross-functional background (product, tech, operations).

Salary: Our salary proposal is built based on several factors. If the value is already defined for the position, it will be informed during the selection process.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5:24 pm - HYBRID POSITION
