**Job Title:** Junior Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform.
This role requires a motivated candidate who can gather and document business requirements as well as develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality solutions.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements, defining acceptance criteria and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), developing, executing, and maintaining test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Other key responsibilities include identifying, documenting, and tracking defects; working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution, supporting training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality, maintaining clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules preferred), experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation, and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
