Product Designer Position
This role involves leading product design processes, collaborating with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, and creating intuitive interfaces for complex products.
Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive product designs through discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design scalable and performant interfaces for B2B software and cybersecurity tools, focusing on usability and efficiency;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Stay updated on industry trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and best practices in product design;
* Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers within the team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies;
* Experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders in the cybersecurity and SaaS sectors;
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design, particularly in B2B software and cybersecurity tools;
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and plans to cross-functional teams;
* Ability to mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback.
