About Our Service Operations Team
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Operations: Design and maintain on-call and coverage plans to ensure all critical skills are available when needed.
2. Incident Management: Own the incident management process for your accounts, including prioritization, roles, communication cadence, escalations, and post-incident reviews.
3. SOPs and Runbooks: Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and triage guides for SRE engineers covering common incident types and operational tasks.

The role requires regular overlap with European North American business hours. We offer a flexible contract structure depending on your location preference .
