Level 1 IT Support Specialist (SAP Experience Required)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Contract - 3 months initiallyDaily Rate: €60 – €70 per dayJob OverviewWe are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide first-line technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will have basic experience with SAP systems and a strong customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for handling initial support requests, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating more complex problems when necessary.- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT and SAP-related issues- Log, track, and manage support tickets in the system- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 support teams- Assist users with SAP login issues, navigation, and basic functionality- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions- Follow standard support procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)Requirements- Basic experience working with SAP (any module is a plus)- Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service role preferred- Strong problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools- Good organizational and time management skills- High level of EnglishNice to Have- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.G., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)- Understanding of ITIL principles- Multilingual skills (if applicable)
