Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Operations team, you will support NIIT's customers in Frankfurt, delivering outstanding service and working closely with our partners.
You will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, analyzing training needs, and ensuring the proper execution of all activities within the service. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

In this position, you will have the chance to work closely with our customer's learning delivery team, analyze their training needs, and determine the number of sessions required to train the overall number of trainees. You will also initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs provided by the client and determine the number of sessions required.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required.
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented posture.
* Team player.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
