* Technical Expertise: Develop learning solutions across various modalities and tools without creating redundant content. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing.
* Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, Synthesia, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and Vyond.
* Ability to quickly learn new development tools and technologies.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including uploading, managing content, and applying technical standards.
* Skilled in building learning solutions for English-speaking audiences.
* Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, or similar authoring tools.
* Proven success collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams.
