This is a full-time, entry-level position in Quality Assurance within the Human Resources Services industry, based in Lages, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
Responsibilities
* Write automated tests and collaborate with the team on continuous improvement of automated and manual tests.
* Understand the testing pyramid and create test scenarios.
* Test alternative case flows with the development team.
* Support the team in building and improving test cases.
* Monitor product stability related to testing.
* Identify and propose improvements in testing processes.
* Maintain integrated test environments.
* Understand security importance and report issues to development for security-related decisions.
* Ensure tasks are properly estimated according to backlog.
* Analyze team performance indicators and suggest improvement actions.
* Support and participate in company practices and processes for continuous improvement.
* Facilitate discussions and ensure all team members are heard.
* Seek guidance to enhance personal experience and mentor colleagues.
* Understand how your team's domain contributes to overall business strategy.
* Contribute to developing new testing trends and perform code reviews.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of test automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework), problem analysis tools (A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram), and testing types (White Box, Black Box, Performance, Regression). Experience with WebService SOAP, API testing, manual functional and integrated testing, and defect management is a plus.
