We are seeking an elite video editor to join our team in creating high-converting ads for direct-to-consumer beauty and wellness campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in producing short-form ads and video sales letters that drive sales across various platforms, including Meta and YouTube.
* Create engaging ads by transforming raw footage into persuasive content with attention-grabbing hooks, kinetic typography, and callout graphics.
* Develop pacing strategies to optimize ads for platform algorithms and A/B test visual approaches based on performance data.
* Collaborate with a Creative Strategist to rapidly iterate and test new concepts, leveraging AI-enhanced tools like Descript, Runway, and AI caption generators to maximize output without sacrificing quality.
Prior experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is required. The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality edits within a fast-paced environment.
