Transformative Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll lead the development of cutting-edge low-code/hybrid-code solutions (Power Platform/SharePoint) that align with our stringent security and governance standards. This role requires strong technical acumen and collaboration skills to drive successful outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide technical guidance to internal customers in designing and implementing low-code and hybrid-code solutions to address business needs;
* Serve as a liaison between internal teams and customers to identify optimal paths for success;
* Offer support to customers on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint tools;
* Identify opportunities to streamline adoption and utilization of Citizen Development tools, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce support ticket creation;
* Leverage expertise to develop low/hybrid code solutions and proof-of-concepts using supported tools;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business and technical challenges.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline or equivalent experience;
* Advanced English language proficiency, including vocabulary, grammar, communication, negotiation, and training skills;
* Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, CoPilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Builder;
* Proficiency in SharePoint Online as a developer, contributor, and site owner with a deep understanding of its capabilities, data structure, and permissions;
* Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with APIs and cloud technologies;
* Skills in scripting languages such as PowerShell, C#, JavaScript, and Python;
* Experience with Generative AI in technical solutions.
