We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant. This role involves providing exceptional support to senior management and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Onboarding: Assist in setting up new clients, including configuring calendar linking systems and GHL account setups.
* Client Relationship Management: Manage all client offboarding communications, execute drip message campaigns, and conduct thorough account audits.
* Meeting Support & Documentation: Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and maintain organized records of client interactions.
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or client support specialist.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience a plus).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
**Nice to Have:**
* Background in digital marketing or financial services.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
