Responsibilities:
Demand Planning: Coordinate LATAM spare parts demand, perform rolling forecasts, and optimize planning models to improve accuracy and fulfillment. Order Fulfillment: Partner with production, logistics, and warehouses to resolve delivery exceptions, monitor KPIs, and accelerate lead times. Inventory Strategy: Manage regional and HQ inventory rules, optimizing structure to improve turnover and minimize backlog. Promotion & Sales Support: Develop region-specific strategies and schedules to boost spare parts sales and maintain service volume. Partner Management: Oversee and empower service providers and agents through evaluation systems, training, and operational support.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve regional demand planning, supply delivery, and order management systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
Fluent English is required. Experience: 7+ years in Supply Chain, specifically in After-sales Spare Parts, planning, or warehouse management. Technical skills: Proficient in demand forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis. Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing agents, service providers, or third-party partners. Soft skills: Strong logical thinking, project management, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
