Visual Content Creator
We're seeking a Visual Content Creator with strong visual storytelling skills, the ability to bring ideas to life through motion and design. You'll work on creating engaging, brand-aligned content across various formats.

Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality social media content, digital graphics, presentations and branded visual systems across multiple formats and platforms.
* Develop motion graphics and animated elements, including transitions, text animations, graphics packages and lightweight video edits for short-form content.
* Apply brand guidelines consistently while finding space for creativity and innovation.
* Use AI and modern creative tools to speed up ideation, design variations, motion workflows and content exploration.
* Collaborate with project managers to clarify briefs, address feedback and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer or hybrid creative role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics and layout expertise.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and strong working knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools.
* Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour systems and brand identity.
* Ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social etc).
* Familiarity with AI or automation tools.
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with tight timelines and evolving briefs.
* A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail and an ability to embrace and act on feedback.
* Clear and confident communication in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with project managers.
