Cloud Data Consultant
This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a technology-driven environment. As a Cloud Data Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting customer discussions around requirements and technical drawing.
You will develop software programs by technical specifications, perform unit tests, and respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting logic and coding errors.
Secure coding and UI standards and best practices must be applied during development.
Input and contribution to the improvement and maintenance of applications and programs are expected.
Leading efforts to configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain program code and applications are key aspects of this role.
Execution of detailed and complex unit tests and secure code testing and troubleshooting are critical tasks.
Conducting and supporting the source code management process is essential.
Contributing to integration, systems and performance testing and code tuning is also necessary.
Participation in secure code peer reviews and definition and promotion of opportunities for the reuse of code, configurations, procedures and techniques are important responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, degrees in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field are required. Fluency in English is also necessary for effective communication.
Experience with data architecture, writing SQL queries and data modeling is essential.
Proficient in migrating data from traditional applications to Salesforce using the Import Wizard and Data Loader utility.
Knowledge of solution modeling, data modeling, performance tuning and solution validation testing is necessary.
Good interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge of Salesforce technology and specifically the data cloud and its features and terminologies are required.
