Remitee, a rapidly growing international payments Fintech, is looking for a Business Development Analyst to join the Commercial team.
Role Description
In this role, you will play a key role in Remitee’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting the expansion of strong commercial relationships with global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis in the international remittance and payments industry across key regions.
* Design and implement effective lead generation strategies.
* Create compelling and customized presentations to communicate Remitee’s value proposition to potential clients.
* Support the active management of existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships.
* Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships.
* Work closely with Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
* Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service enhancements.
* Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) to generate reports, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
