About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on support to one of our major enterprise customers, requiring both full-stack JavaScript development and customer-facing interaction. The role involves gathering requirements, developing and shipping customer-specific features, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication through regular calls and messages.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver features tailored to meet the needs of our enterprise client.
* Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
* Communicate effectively with the customer via phone and messaging platforms.
* Collaborate within engineering sprints and coordinate with internal teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements
* Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
* Senior-level experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
* Familiarity with working in structured team environments and participating in collaborative sprint-based projects.
* A background in supporting complex enterprise implementations or similar roles.
* Ability to work comfortably in a mixed engineering and support environment.
* Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
