Patent Project Coordinator

This is a full-time remote position. Working hours will be in Pacific Standard Time (United States time zone). Candidates must be able to commit to working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm PST.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing all documents required in connection with EP, PCT, and foreign applications.
* Initiating responses to official communications and notifications proactively.
* Coordinating filings of EP/international and foreign patent applications and related correspondence from filing to issuance of grant.
* Ensuring timely completion of assigned cases and meeting related deadlines.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience as a patent paralegal in either a law firm or corporate setting.
* Experience working with EP, PCT, and foreign applications.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and management abilities.
* Sufficient experience managing complex projects.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A successful track record of collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Implementing translation tools into existing workflows effectively.
* Comfortable working with CAT tools (memoQ fluency a plus) and various Machine Translation engines.
* Ability to define processes and standards for translation and quality assurance.
* Skilled at training users in MTPE & TM workflows.
* Experienced in vendor recruitment and negotiations.
