The Role of a UI/UX Designer is to support the continuous evolution of SaaS products, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on fintech or financial platforms.
This is an ongoing part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions.
Key responsibilities include designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products; improving usability and visual consistency across the platform; collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery; applying UX thinking to simplify complex interfaces; maintaining and evolving design systems and UI components; incorporating feedback and iterating quickly in a fast-moving environment; and supporting marketing initiatives when needed.
We're looking for a designer with proven experience working on SaaS products, a strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms, and solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design. Nice-to-have skills include graphic design skills to support marketing content and visual assets, experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups, familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices, and experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams.
