We are seeking a seasoned IT Recruiter to join our team. This role requires exceptional recruitment, business development, and technical evaluation skills.
About the Role
* Identify, engage, and present quality technology candidates to clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors.
* Conduct full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments, including contract and permanent placements.
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.
* Negotiate selection and terms of employment with clients.
* Partner with other recruiters to source candidates and present them to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical evaluation and assessment of technology candidates.
* Candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
* Shortlisting and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
* Client relationship management and communication.
Requirements
* 5+ years of recruitment experience, including IT recruitment.
* Minimum 3 years of direct headhunting experience for permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience.
* 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn.
* IT knowledge and familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Working experience with CRM or ATS systems.
