 
        
        IT Support Analyst Role
The position entails providing remote IT system support for employees, necessitating both excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. A process-oriented mindset is required, along with efficiency in working individually or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Identify issues and formulate solutions
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems
 * Ensure timely updates on ticket progress to customers
 * Work remotely with customers to resolve issues
 * Utilize internal knowledge bases to provide and find solutions
 * Use external resources to research and resolve complex issues
 * Regularly update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
 * Properly escalate issues to relevant parties when necessary
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Associate's Degree in Information Systems or an equivalent program is preferred, however proven track records of IT experience are also accepted.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge of delivering IT solutions within corporate environments
Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
Additional Desirable Skills:
Experience in centrally managed computer environments
Background in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry is preferred but not mandatory
