Including but not limited to support for all PCs, MacOS, mobile phones, and various printers. Keep track of our IT support request queue and aim to have a first-call resolution. Lead, assist, or be a member of IT projects as assigned, which could include Active Directory, ERP, and local plant projects.ResponsibilitiesManage IT Support for the local plant and offer remote support for other sitesMaintenance and installation of PC/MAC desktops and laptops plus printer supportMaintenance and installation of approved desktop/laptop software and other peripheralsCollaborates with global leaders and teams to follow corporate standards across all levels of Plant infrastructureEnsure implementation of global practices and standards.Perform on-site installation of equipment based on requests. Provide on-site as well as phone support based on business requests.Work within Active Directory modifying and creating user accounts.Troubleshoots IT hardware, software, and basic network issues at various sitesConfigure and deploy IT hardware equipment such as printers, PC's, phones, and scan guns.Communicates to plant management - vendor onsite visits, service outages, and planned hardware / software deploymentsAttends scheduled staff meetings with Support and IT teamsFollow and maintain hardware and software standardsUtilize monitoring systems for potential or realized outages. Resolving or reporting as necessaryAbility to be on call in a rotation to resolve off-hour support situations requiring immediate attentionAdhere to ticket monitoring system and strive for a first call resolution.Experience in managing Windows computers, including software installation and resolution of issuesSelf-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision/direction.Experience configuring / troubleshooting issues / and deploying IT hardware such as printers, PC's, and scan guns.Experience working independently as well as in a team setting.Basic understanding of networks and administration with knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNSStrong analytical skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsShow more Show less
