About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work on optimizing our existing LLM-based products, ensuring quality and accuracy, and driving improvements to our development lifecycle. You will also collaborate closely with our AI, Tech, and Data Engineering teams to maintain complete understanding of the end-to-end process.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Refine AI Products: Build new business rules for medical consultation billing codes, adapt to changes from various insurance providers, propose enhancements to existing LLM-based products, and optimize prompt engineering for maximum accuracy.
* Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Conduct extensive testing in staging environments, perform detailed debugging to ensure business rules are accurately implemented, verify data consistency from input to output, and monitor denial patterns to continuously improve model accuracy.
* Own the Development Lifecycle: Be responsible for the entire process from understanding business requirements to deploying and validating code in production, debug complex system integrations, and validate AI outputs against medical coding standards.
* Collaborate and Drive Improvement: Work closely with AI, Tech, and Data Engineering teams, proactively identify critical issues, propose improvements, and stay current with new tools and techniques in the AI and LLM space.
