About the role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Intern to support our lead generation efforts — with a special focus on offline growth initiatives and activations. This role will help the Growth team plan, coordinate, and execute offline actions that increase brand presence and support pipeline creation.
You'll work closely with the team and learn how to run marketing initiatives end-to-end, from planning to execution and performance tracking.
Main project focus
Your main focus will be supporting offline growth actions, such as:
* Events and field activations
* Partnerships and co-marketing initiatives
* Community / networking actions
* Distribution of branded materials
* Localized lead generation initiatives
* Operational support for offline campaigns
Key responsibilities
* Support the planning and execution of offline growth initiatives (with guidance from the team)
* Help coordinate logistics for events and activations (materials, vendors, timelines, checklists)
* Assist in organizing and tracking leads generated through offline initiatives
* Help create and maintain campaign support materials (briefs, checklists, guidelines, simple tracking sheets)
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Marketing teams to align execution
* Support partner coordination and communication (always with team support)
* Collect learnings from each activation and help propose improvements for future actions
* Help document processes and build simple playbooks to scale offline initiatives
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related fields
* Strong organization and execution skills
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines
* Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus)
* Interested in growth, partnerships, and lead generation
* Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
Nice to have
* Experience helping organize events or activations (university projects count)
* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Interest in B2B marketing and operational execution
* Experience working with vendors or external partners
* Basic understanding of funnel concepts (MQL, SQL, pipeline)
