Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide remote computer and IT system support to employees in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems
* Ensure timely updates on ticket progress
* Work collaboratively with customers to resolve technical issues
* Leverage internal knowledge bases to provide and find solutions to known issues
* Conduct thorough research to resolve complex issues when needed
* Accurately update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
* Properly escalate issues to relevant parties as required
Requirements:
Educational background in Information Systems or equivalent experience is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment, experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments, and experience in centrally managed computer systems are highly desirable.
