Job Description
Your Tasks
* Further develop service design for IT infrastructure services in our global service catalogue.
* Consult service owners for implementing changes to service structure.
* Identify and align with relevant internal and external services for successful service delivery.
* Manage commercial product lifecycle of IT services.
* Work with service owners and controlling to ensure proper resource planning, calculation, and charging.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
* Between 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, cost, or cost accounting.
* Knowledge in vendor management, budget, and charging.
* Experience in IT Process/Catalog Management for service modeling.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to work in a global team.
* Language skills: English (Fluent), German (preferred but not mandatory).
