Senior Product Designer

The Role:
Lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. Partner with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and customer needs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
* Design interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and software;
* Define product requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams;
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team;
Requirements:
Full professional proficiency in English, strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, deep expertise with design tools like Figma and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle, solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software.
