As a Senior Digital Contract Risk Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Being accountable for the overall commercial proposal strategy for the deals that include joint digital product offering
* Working collaboratively and cross-functionally, providing leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to drive optimal proposal results and minimize risk through coordination with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Compliance
* Driving commercial compliance, including commercial process and contracts risk management
* Exhibiting strong expertise in the development of risk mitigation strategies that consider identified triggers in RFP's and customer T&C's while meeting business objectives
* Analyzing/evaluating terms and conditions and lead contract negotiations, engaging with customers to close deals
* Recognizing contract essentials and escalate issues for appropriate resolution
* Developing negotiation strategy, anticipating and removing obstacles to closure
* Team with sales manager to develop new opportunities and define commercial strategy
* Negotiate contracts with customers and assuring alignment/approvals from BH side.
* Support the team analyzing POs wording.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Risk Mitigation or Commercial.
* Strong communication skills at all business levels including senior leadership;
* Strong financial management skills;
* Ability to travel as needed;
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
* Be fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills. Portuguese is preferred.
* Have significant experience in a Sales/Commercial role, with preference for contract risk management, contract negotiations and interest in cloud based software as a service, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.
* Be committed to customer service and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
* Have good commercial acumen, negotiation experience and ability to coordinate several deals simultaneously.

* Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
