We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our new product lines. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with strong communication skills and deep market insights.
Reporting to the Country Marketing Director, you’ll lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll refine go-to-market approaches, product positioning, and brand messaging based on data-driven insights while working cross-functionally with key teams.
🚀 Your next challenge:
* Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to boost awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and emerging trends.
* Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to craft compelling go-to-market plans and messaging.
* Create engaging product narratives that resonate with target audiences, working closely with Brand & Communication teams.
* Develop and manage sales enablement materials (product decks, sales pitches, positioning statements, and more).
* Plan and execute product launches, ensuring seamless execution within tight deadlines.
* Analyze product performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and maximize impact.
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
* Align marketing efforts with business goals by working closely with CX, Digital Marketing, and Brand & Communications teams.
* Manage the marketing budget, prioritizing investments to maximize ROI.
* Foster brand advocacy by engaging and strengthening user communities and ambassadors.
* Optimize marketing technology platforms for data integration and automation.
* Track and analyze critical KPIs (Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, Conversion Rates, Churn).
* Lead and develop a high-performance marketing team, designing growth plans to tackle Pluxee’s exciting challenges.
🌟 You’re a match if you have..
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Master's degree preferred
* Fluent English (required)
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
* Proven track record of successfully launching financial products (mandatory).
* Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
* Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strategic mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
* Expertise in CRM, Power BI, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot).
* Experience optimizing marketing funnels for customer acquisition and retention.
