Assist with internal and external supplier's process; responsible for all MCI internal process; control of cash flow. Assist project managers with quotes and deadlines. Assist on event operation plan and execution.
Be aware and collaborate with operations processes (schedules, check lists, cash and flow) - Assist negotiations with vendors, manage deadlines and schedules to be accomplished.
Tools: “Planner” - control to accomplish the tasks on deadlines (tasks schedule from weekly meetings with client).
**Job Requirements**:
- Pro-active person, willing to learn and contribute with event production - focus on corporate events - any event experience is a nice to have;
- Knowledg in Excel spreadsheet and PPT presentation;
- Position 1: Intermediate English; Position 2: Intermediate English and Spanish;
- Process oriented - must be an organized person and committed with schedules and deadlines;
- Some knowledge in planning tools, such as Planner;
**Complementary information**:
- Contract as PJ (salary + perks)
- Start in January/2025
- Home office with at least 2 meetings (sometimes more) per months in the office (Morumbi region). On site during site visits and event.
