We process billions of card transactions each year and are looking for a Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and PL/SQL development, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* To establish strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
* Assist in evaluating client requirements and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Gather knowledge on how to identify critical business impact issues from the Service Desk.
* Assist in maintaining client system environments by keeping records of client functionality and environment.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
