In this role you will:
Support L2 for Cloud, providing support for products, provide assistance in case of troubleshooting, provide technical support for IT users, create IaC for resources to provisioned by catalogue. Check resources to be removed. Grant access for users and remove them, reset password for non standard procedures. .

English Advanced.
Engineer with experience in monitoring, management an support over IaaS, PaaS cloud platforms, log analysis, documentation and escalation of customer support tickets. Provissioning of new services and DR architectures.
* Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
* Experience deploying, managing, and supporting applications in both IaaS and PaaS landscapes
* Troubleshooting
* Well versed in infrastructure as code and automation techniques
* Operation system foundation: Linux & Windows
* Management of lmulti-tenant production environments
* Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm and other related experience
* DevOps Concepts
* Scripting language
* Experience with multicloud infraestructure
* Lead meetings to update the team using cloud dashboards regarding infrastructure metrics, costs, etc
Certifications: Azure Administrador Associate, AWS SysOps administrator, AWS Solution architect, Azure Solutions Architect (Any of them)
Desirable Skills:
Experience Infra (Linux/Windows/Server/Storage/Network)
Experience with TCS Culture
