Job Overview
* We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of key customer projects.
* The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget project delivery.
* They will also be responsible for communicating regularly with customers, stakeholders, and management to ensure project scope is well understood and documented.
Roles and Responsibilities
* This role requires a highly organized individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Key responsibilities include delivering projects on time, working closely with customer stakeholders to understand project scope, and implementing quality control procedures to ensure high standards in delivery.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
* They will work closely with finance teams and customer stakeholders to ensure SOWs are signed and invoices cleared on-time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in software development project management, with onshore/Nearshore/offshore experience.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, thought leadership skills.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complex project challenges.
