Job Summary
Landis+Gyr is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Contracts and Software Licensing Senior Analyst to join our Global IT GRC team.
This role is critical to ensure proper IT Contract Management, Optimization / Consolidation and Software Licensing Compliance.
This is a standalone role reporting to the Director of Global IT Governance and Compliance, with significant visibility and impact, ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and is passionate about optimizing technology investments.

Core Areas of Responsibility / Accountability
Monitor contract performance, renewal timelines, and license usage to ensure alignment with business needs and vendor terms.
Identify and execute optimization opportunities across contracts and licensing footprints to reduce costs, consolidate contracts and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and IT teams to support contract negotiations and renewals.
Maintain accurate records and dashboards for licensing metrics, risks, and compliance status.
Manage and ensure Software Licensing Compliance with major vendors including SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Adobe.
Stay current with vendor licensing models, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
Develop and maintain the related internal Policies, Procedures and Standards.
Promote awareness and understanding across the organization.

Required Experience
4+ years of experience in IT Contracts and Software Licensing management, preferably with global companies.
Advanced English speaker.
