We are looking for a full-time, remoteSenior Product Marketing Managerwith 5+ years of product marketing experience to join the team of our U.S. client.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of the retail industry, strong storytelling and presentation skills, and a proven track record of supporting internal sales processes and enablement initiatives.
In this role,you'll work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to drive go-to-market strategies, shape product positioning, and deliver impactful content and enablement tools.

Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers to plan and execute the launch of new products and feature releases, ensuring seamless cross-functional implementation
Develop clear, effective sales enablement tools and resources to enhance product knowledge and industry fluency across the entire field organization
Create high-impact, market-facing content including product collateral, sales decks, one-pagers, blog articles, and product demo videos
Craft compelling messaging and campaigns across marketing channels to drive feature adoption and customer engagement
Continuously monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitor activity to inform product positioning and marketing strategy
Contribute to content marketing initiatives, such as thought leadership pieces, customer success stories, and industry insights
Support and represent the company in both one-on-one and one-to-many engagements, including prospect meetings, webinars, and customer events
Collaborate on strategic business initiatives, including technology partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and value-driven programs
Influence product strategy by providing market insights and customer feedback to help shape product roadmap decisions

Required Experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within the marketing technology (martech) space
Strong understanding of the retail industry, with the ability to provide insights and perspectives that support go-to-market strategies
Hands-on experience supporting internal sales processes, with a focus on sales enablement initiatives and tools
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and messaging skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and change-driven environment
Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent

Preferred Experience
Experience within the marketing technology space
Skilled at balancing long-term strategic initiatives with immediate business priorities and deadlines
