This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven and customer-centric Technical Program Manager/Delivery Manager to join our organization.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget by working closely with technology teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Work in close collaboration with customer stakeholders to ensure the project scope is well understood and documented according to established standards.
* Lead high-performing teams across various technologies, promoting productivity and collaboration.
* Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to implement quality control procedures that meet high standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in software development project management, with expertise in onshore/Nearshore/offshore models. Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different time zones.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive project success and manage complex challenges.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with various project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and ITIL.
